No. Each vendor gets a private link by email and can quote from a phone or computer without creating an account. Vendors who want to see all their requests in one place can create a free account.
How are vendors chosen for a request?
PropConnect lists the vendors whose service categories and coverage area match the request and the building's ZIP code. You review the list and choose who receives it.
Can I import my current asset list?
Yes. You can import assets from a CSV file or add them one by one with photos. CSV import depends on your plan; check the pricing page for details.
Does PropConnect use AI?
Yes, as an assistant. It can suggest the service type, urgency and scope of work from the asset, photos and notes, and it can read a vendor's PDF quote to prefill the form. You always review and edit the suggestion before anything is sent.
