Simple pricing for managers and vendors

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can pay monthly or, where a plan offers it, once a year. Your payment method and invoices are managed from Billing in your account.

Yes. Cancel from Billing in your account whenever you want. When your subscription ends, your account moves to the Free plan. Your data is kept, and anything over the Free plan limits becomes read-only.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Billing in your account. Stripe prorates the difference, so you only pay for what you use.

Each unit in your active buildings counts as one unit. A building without units, like a commercial building, counts as 1 unit for every 5,000 sq ft. Every building counts as at least 1 unit, and archived buildings don't count.

On monthly plans with an extra unit price, each unit over the included amount is billed at that price every month. On annual plans, extra units aren't charged automatically. We'll contact you to adjust your plan. On plans without an extra unit price, upgrade to manage more units.

Manager accounts get a 30-day free trial of Pro once they're approved, with no card required. If you choose a paid plan during the trial, billing starts when the trial ends. If you don't, your account moves to the Free plan and your data is kept.

No. Quoting from the link in each request email is always free, and you don't need an account. With a free vendor account you can also quote from your dashboard each month, up to the limit of your plan.

Prices are in US dollars and don't include taxes. Sales tax may be added at checkout, depending on your location.
