For HOA and condo managers

Board-ready bids, without the email chase

Send one request and get comparable quotes from vendors that cover the trade and the building's ZIP code. Every quote stays in the history of the asset and the building.

Why bids for the board take so long

  • Chasing three bids

Many boards ask for several quotes, and each one means calls, emails and follow-ups.

  • Quotes you can't compare

Each contractor sends a different format, so you retype totals, timelines and terms before every board meeting.

  • No history when the board asks

When the board asks what the pool pump cost last time, the answer is buried in someone's inbox.

Frequently asked questions

Do vendors need an account to send a bid?

No. Each vendor gets a private link by email and quotes from a phone or computer, without creating an account or learning a portal.

Can I keep a quote history for the board?

Yes. Every request and quote is saved on the asset and the building, and you can export reports to CSV for the board.

Which vendors receive my request?

PropConnect lists the vendors whose service categories and coverage area match the request and the building's ZIP code. You choose who receives it, and you can invite your own vendors by email.

Can I manage several associations?

Yes. Each association or building is registered separately with its own assets and history. The number of buildings depends on your plan.
