How do urgency and deadlines work?
Each request has an urgency (low, medium, high or emergency) and a deadline for quotes. Vendors get automatic email reminders before the deadline.
Does the AI send requests on its own?
No. The AI only suggests the service type, urgency and scope of work. You review, edit or discard the suggestion, and nothing is sent until you confirm.
Can my team use it?
